Monthly support agreements
For a fixed monthly fee your team gets unlimited remote and telephone support. We also monitor your machines and network, so a failing backup or a full disk usually gets fixed before your staff notice it.
On-site visits are arranged as part of the agreement. Every office is different, so we quote after a short assessment.

Remote support is usually the cheaper option because nobody has to travel. You run a small app, we connect while you watch, and the session ends when you close it.
When a job needs hands on the hardware, such as cabling, a new router or a PC rollout, we come to you anywhere in Pretoria and the rest of Gauteng.
